Have you completed California's AB 1825 REQUIREMENT for Sexual Harrassment Training?
As you may know, AB 1825 was passed in 2004 and employers with 50 or more employees must complete a minimum of 2 hours of Sexual Harassment training to their supervisors (includes managers and leads). This training must be completed by December 31, 2005. All newly hired supervisors must complete this training within 6 months of their hiring date.
